We had our first contact at last July but we could not proceed. Now the Investor is ready to commence to investment.
Target is to produce boards and profiles like almost all kinds that you have on your catalogue.
Mainly We want to use barley straws with PVC barley straw or switchgrass is the most economical substantial for the composite. Also we will use forest waste for some products.
Please advise;
A-If you recommend us to use barley and or wheat straws something like 60% of the composite;
B-What is your recommended ratio of the composite;
Please propose,
1-Technical specâ??s of Full production line for boards(panel) with capacity of about 100kg/hr
2-Technical specâ??s of Full production line for profile with capacity of about 100kg/hr.
3-Outline of plant and photos of machinery
4-Economical data.
5-Quotation of all machineries and equipment for full production from A to Z
